Great conversations, real insights and plenty of energy! ✨

Last week, we brought together customers and partners in Copenhagen to explore what's new in the ServiceNow Australia release and what it means for organisations looking to create value with AI today.

From highlights and key announcements shared from ServiceNow Knowledge in Las Vegas to practical discussions on AI adoption, the day was filled with valuable perspectives, thoughtful questions, and engaging conversations.

What stood out most was the level of participation. The discussions around the tables, the questions raised, and the experiences shared showed just how much momentum there is around turning innovation into real business outcomes.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to the conversation! Events like these remind us that the best ideas emerge when people come together to learn from each other. ❤️

What's the most important thing to consider when you're designing solutions to help young people get employed?

Naturally it's talking to the young people themselves!

Our Impossible/Possible team has met with stakeholders from different organisations working with employment, but the most important feedback comes from the young people themselves.

What are the challenges they find the most hard to tackle? What is truly helpful and what would be a "nice to have" element in recruitment?

The feedback from the team's workshops has been amazing, it's clear that young people need concrete tools, and this is what the team is working on.

Jawahir, Eemil and Mikael give an update on what the workshops have been like.

Sustainable growth starts with people who feel well, supported, and energised. 🔋 🫶

In May, we once again gathered for our annual wellbeing day, a long-standing tradition built around one shared theme: taking care of ourselves and each other – but always with a new twist!

Over the past years, we’ve explored the forests of Nuuksio and competed in city adventures across Finland.

This year, our Sofigators in Helsinki enjoyed an urban and seaside wellbeing experience at Allas Sea Pool in the heart of the city – trying out activities from yoga and dance to sound bowl meditation, while also enjoying relaxing swimming and sauna sessions (and a few refreshing spring showers maybe...🌧️). 🧘‍♀️ 🌊

At the same time, our colleagues in Tampere got moving with dance and exercise sessions and joined a wellbeing lecture hosted by our wellbeing partner Virkisteri. Meanwhile, our Sofigate friends in Oulu started the day with a powerful morning walk and shared breakfast before winding down in a deep relaxation session. 🧠 🙏

Our annual wellbeing day is part of our Better Life programme, which supports holistic wellbeing and recovery throughout the year. Through the programme, we offer services such as confidential support sessions through Auntie, a variety of wellbeing webinars, and Better Life Clubs activities for our employees. ❤️

We encourage our people to work together at the office, but in an international community, you don’t always get the chance to meet colleagues face to face. That’s why the moments we share across borders matter even more to us. 🌐❤️

One of those moments took place earlier this month, when we gathered at our Stockholm office – as a change from our usual setting at headquarters in Helsinki – for one of our most important info-sharing sessions, and heard the latest updates from the Swedish market with Josefin Ackrell and Sami Karkkila.

Visiting our different Sofigate homes across Europe, sharing greetings, and meeting in person with colleagues from our multicultural community, always feels special. 🌎

And before the summer holidays, we’ll once again gather for our traditional hybrid meeting to hear half-year updates from each of our locations across the globe – very much the Sofigate way, and almost like true Eurovision spirit! 🔁🎤

Different locations – one Sofigate.

How will you ever have senior talent if you don't first hire junior talent?

Our Impossible/possible team has met with several organisations working with youth unemployment and they have made several important findings.
On the video Olivia recaps their insights from the meetings with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, City of Helsinki's Unemployment Services and an expert consultant in youth employment.

Based on these discussions the team is now busy at work finding out ways to change the narrative around youth employment and creating agents to help young job seekers in concrete ways. 🤖

It's a wrap on Knowledge 2026! One message came through loud and clear: we have truly entered the agentic era. 🤖

This year’s conversations were not just about AI assisting people. They were about AI taking action, orchestrating workflows, and helping work get done end to end.

One of the biggest announcements was ServiceNow Otto, described as an “agent of agents.” Instead of simply responding to prompts, Otto understands intent, connects the right systems and AI agents behind the scenes, and helps execute work across the enterprise. It is a major step towards truly AI-native ways of working.

But beyond the technology itself, many of the most valuable discussions focused on leadership, transformation, and people.

One session that stayed with us was “Curious Leadership: Empowering People in the Age of AI” with Allie K. Miller. A key takeaway from Allie's talk was that leaders need to actively use AI themselves, not just encourage others to adopt it. Real transformation happens when people are given the trust, space, and mandate to experiment, learn, and build.

And while the announcements and keynotes were inspiring, some of the best moments happened in conversations with our customers throughout the week. Talking about change, business impact, and the future of our industries together reminded us of something important: technology alone does not create transformation. Technology and people do.

A big thank you to everyone we met in Las Vegas. We are bringing back new ideas, new perspectives, and plenty of inspiration for what comes next.

Las Vegas is buzzing ⚡

This week, our team is at ServiceNow Knowledge 2026 together with customers, partners, and thousands of experts from around the world exploring what’s next in AI, automation, and business transformation.

So far, the conversations have been inspiring, the energy has been high, and one thing is clear: AI is moving from hype to real, practical impact faster than ever. 🤖

Beyond the keynotes and sessions, events like this are about people. Meeting new faces, exchanging ideas, learning from each other, and building connections that continue long after the event ends.

We are excited to share the main findings and highlights from Las Vegas soon!

What does great collaboration actually feel like?

Our yearly Customer Experience Study is a real indicator on how our talents' work is appreciated and the results speak for themselves.

“They always take initiative and don’t just wait for instructions. That makes a huge difference.”
“They understand both technology and business change and make them work together.”

These are real voices from our 2025 Customer Experience Study, and they reflect what matters most to us: combining people, business and technology to create meaningful change.

Because in the end, it’s not just about what we do. It’s about how it feels to work with us.

What happens when we step away from our screens and create something together?

Our Stockholm colleagues recently traded keyboards for paintbrushes, spending an evening decorating ceramic mugs side by side. Around 20 of us came together, not for a meeting or a deadline, but to connect, slow down, and do something with our hands.

Moments like these remind us that creativity takes many forms. Sometimes it is solving complex challenges. Sometimes it is painting a mug and sharing a laugh. Both matter.

By making space for these experiences, we create a more caring, human work environment where people can recharge, connect, and grow together. 🍵🎨🖌️

Are you excited about AI or a little concerned? Olivia Krekula is both.

AI has huge potential to make work more efficient and free up time. But at the same time, it raises important questions about ethics, sustainability, and how it affects society.

“I see a lot of potential in AI but I’m also concerned about its impact.”

That is a balance that matters. Because understanding AI isn’t just about what it can do, it’s also about asking what AI should do.

Through the Impossible/Possible initiative, Olivia brings structure, focus, and a strong motivation to create solutions that genuinely help people navigating working life.
