UPDATE - Premises Now leased

Hart house has a new vacant premises available from 1st June 2026!

Suite 21/22 is ground floor, 71 sq m / 765 sq ft and includes a small kitchen area and its own entrance. Redecorated throughout with new vinyl flooring & blinds. Central heating & daylight LED lighting

This will be £1100 per calendar month plus VAT at the current rate. It doesn't include business rates or phone/internet but does include utilities and parking, use of a shared meeting room within the building and cleaning. There is some furniture available or it can be unfurnished if preferred

Hart house has been recently refurbished with new toilet facilities & upgrades to reception and kitchens.
