March was an exciting and positive month.

I began phasing down my hours with one of my clients and then officially handed over the reins to their new full-time HR team member, bringing that contract to a close.

This transition gave me more time to focus on growing my business, including getting out of Home HQ on a few occasions to provide some in-person support.

It also freed up some valuable personal time - I took the opportunity to develop my sewing machine skills and enjoyed a few lovely coffee catch-ups too.

With spring now here, I’m making the most of brighter days, spending more time in the garden, and enjoying the tulips and daffodils as they bloom. 🌷
