We are delighted to have received the majority of strong judgements across our provision, alongside an Exceptional judgement for Participation and Development within our education programmes for young people.

The inspection highlighted our highly inclusive culture, strong leadership and governance and our commitment to supporting learners and apprentices to overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
For our young learners, Ofsted particularly recognised the exceptionally high expectations around attendance, participation and behaviour and the transformative impact this has on their confidence, reliability and future employment prospects.
For our apprentices, the inspection recognised high completion rates, strong achievement and the ability to apply new knowledge, skills and behaviours effectively in the workplace.
We are proud of what has been achieved in association with, learners, employers, staff, governors and partners and remain focused on continuing to improve the opportunities we provide for the people and businesses we work with.
