People often ask… ‘How did you find the idea for Rising Tide?’ And my response is always the same…

‘I didn’t. IT found me’.

3 years later, here we are, continuing to grow and expand across Hertfordshire, Essex & Cambridgeshire 🌊

The Rising Tide Collective didn’t grow because I said yes to every opportunity.

A lot of the decisions that got us here looked like the slower, less profitable option at the time.

But the things I refused to compromise on became the things we became known for 🤌🏻

**Turns out, high standards are a pretty good growth strategy**
