A system only works if people actually use it.

Before you switch off for the weekend, take a moment to think about one process in your business that looks good on paper but does not work properly in real life.

Maybe it is too complicated.
Maybe the team cannot find it.
Maybe no one has been trained on it.
Maybe it has not been reviewed in months.

Systems should make work easier, not create extra confusion.

So next week, choose one system and ask your team:

👉 What is working?
👉 What is slowing you down?
👉 What would make this easier to follow?

Then improve it.

Small changes to the way your business operates can create big improvements in consistency, confidence and results.
