It’s Friday and time for a pop of colour on the grid…. so here I am embracing my fear of cable cars over the summer.

I am a little bit excited about the launch of the new House of Colour Butter Balms next week, which I have been road testing. They are lovely!

In aid of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I will be donating £1 from every Butter Balm sold between now and the end of the month to Breast Cancer Now. At my next studio open day on 24th October 2025, I will also be donating 10% of all makeup sales to Breast Cancer Now. Well it’s been a most productive and interesting day at HOC Bury today..

Black is often discussed as part of Colour Analysis, particularly for warm skin tones with better than black alternatives..

I don’t wear a lot of black but when I do I like it with a pop of colour, which is always a bold lipstick. Today the pop was also my new iGreen frames thanks to the lovely ladies 🖤🖤

Once you know your pop colours, life is that little bit more interesting.
