Finishing off the week and the summer on the beach 🏖️

I’ve taken some extra time this summer to switch off, before back to school and routine & autumn kicks in.

I’ve read a few books, seen friends and enjoyed a few Hugo spritz’s 🍸

Deb & I swapped skills (she’s fab at instagram & linked in is more my expertise) I then introduced her to the another local business network where we bumped into Paula!

So…… I’ve been offered an opportunity by a very well known and respected professional (also famous) to contribute to a project….

The investment is £3.5k

As a self employed entrepreneur this is not pocket change by any means. It’s not money I have to splash…..

There’s no guarantees this will lead to anything or open doors, although I expect there will be opportunities that follow & many inspiring and key people up meet…..

What are your thoughts? 💭 I’d love some input from you all (my respected community)

This is the face and a celebratory cup of tea of the woman who’s finally finished her tax return 🤣

This is a big deal as this tax return has been in the diary since April, I know it’s not due till the end of January next year however the quicker I get it done and dusted the quicker I can focus on the important things!

What I’ve learnt….

Never again will I be doing my own tax return! I’m definitely going to outsource this along with many other things that take up far too much of my time when I could be using my actual skills elsewhere.

Doing it myself was supposed to save me money and give me a clear insight into my business finances which it has done.

However, I’m leaving it to the experts next time, what are you doing? That’s taking up any time that you could be leaving to the experts?
