Donna had invested thousands in a franchise she believed in completely.

But she couldn't bring herself to pick up the phone. The thought of cold calling was almost phobic. She was on the verge of giving up.

So instead of pushing her into a sales script, we changed the whole framing.

We did some Sales Math!!

We worked out that by using her service, a letting agent could make an extra £3,000 a week for an outlay of £150.

So I asked her: "If you had to call someone to tell them you could make their business an extra £3,000 a week, how easy would that call feel?"

Everything changed in that moment. She wasn't calling to push her services anymore. She was calling to help someone's business.

That is the Pull NOT Push approach in real life.
