From ivory to Hamptons by Good Home, job completed last week 😊

- removed remaining wallpaper from ceiling
- sanded and filled all peeled paint from ceiling
- 2 coats of white on the ceiling
- 2 coats of Hamptons on the walls

‼️IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL CUSTOMERS - garden tasks‼️ (this comes from the back of a disgruntled customer, so I felt the need to put some clarity out there, maybe then people would understand a little more about how pricing works)

It’s also helpful to remember I am VERY busy, and response time will be a little longer than usual. And, I’m a SOLE TRADER. And a mum. These things should be accounted for. Patience, respect and understanding goes a very long way.

My hourly rate is £25. However, the total cost is conpletely dependent on the job’s scale and complexity.

* so. Say I arrive at 930am and complete 2 hours work, it’s £50. Say I arrive at 930 and do 3-4 hours work, this becomes half a day (£100) say I arrive at 930am and work 5-6 hours, this becomes a full day (£200)
- waste removal included
- all of my own equipment included
- hard physical labour included

Small tasks are priced at an hourly rate, but if the job becomes a full day the price becomes £200, while larger tasks are priced per job. (Such as hedge trimming ranges in total cost, and this depends on size, amount being chopped away, and time)

The size and scale of job will affect both its overall cost and the time it takes for the job to be finished.

The total cost will depend on the type and extent of the gardening job you require.

Weeding - prices from £25 - full day rate
Hedge trimming - prices vary dependant on size
Grass cutting - depends on time spent
Pressure washing - again, depends on time spent
Other tasks such as gravel laying, etc.

It is quite difficult to estimate an accurate time line for garden services. This is simply due to a lot of factors, such as; tasks are heavier than anticipated, additional tasks requested on arrival, aggressive weeds take a lot of time to remove etc.

Please allow time for response to messages, and also please allow for estimates to be lower and slightly higher than initially expected.

FULLY BOOKED UNTIL SEPTEMBER

With changes, and life, I have been trying my hardest to catch up and keep on top of the gardens. It has proven difficult. So. I’m closing my books until September.

This means no NEW garden customers until then, and any NEW decorating jobs will need to be scheduled from September onwards.
