Natta Managing Director, John Whelan, was delighted to present cheques from our Annual Charity Golf Day to our three nominated charities: Rainbow Trust Children's Charity, The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, and Woking & Sam Beare Hospice and Wellbeing Care.

Following the incredible £34,000 raised at this year’s event, it was a pleasure to officially hand over the funds to three charities doing such important work.

Having supported our charity partners over many years, it was also a welcome opportunity for John to catch up with their teams and hear about their latest work, as we continue these valued relationships.

A huge thank you once again to everyone who played, sponsored, donated and supported the day. We couldn’t have done this without you. 💚⛳

, we are delighted to announce that Natta has secured a new contract with our existing client, Graham Care Group, our largest care home contract win to date. 👷

Working as the main contractor, we will deliver the design and construction of Whitstable Heights in Kent, a new 133-suite supported living scheme, creating a modern, purpose-built development focused on the comfort and well-being of its future residents.

The scheme will comprise supported living apartments, alongside a range of high-quality communal and well-being facilities.

, take a look at these great progress shots from our Southlands Care Home project in Sittingbourne, Kent! 🏗️📸

We’re proud to be working as Main Contractor for Graham Care Group, with hashtag delivering the full design and build of a 99-bed care home in a traditional build style. Our scope also includes the external works, including drainage, infrastructure, access roads, incoming services and car parks. 🏠

Internally, final fix, decorations, fire stopping and insulation are progressing well. Externally, masonry is complete, with roofing and rendering underway. The project remains on track, with utilities, groundworks and landscaping among the next key milestones. 👏🏽

Once complete, the care home will provide a high standard of living and communal accommodation for residents.

We are constructing a new 3-storey 120-bed care home, including a reinforced-concrete retained basement, as Main Contractor for Morrison Community Care Group. Our scope of work includes foundations, a new car park ramp, associated site infrastructure and the demolition of existing buildings.

We have completed the steel frame, and the 1st-floor concrete work is underway. We are on programme; well done to the team on your fantastic efforts so far! 👷🏽👏🏽

, a progress update from our Mowbray Community Centre project in North Horsham, where we are proud to be working as Main Contractor for our client, Legal & General

This exciting new-build community centre is being delivered to support a wide range of recreational and social activities. Our teams are continuing to make fantastic progress on site, with works on the lower roof now underway. 👷

Once complete, the hall will include social breakout spaces, kitchen facilities, and administrative and support offices, creating a valuable space for the local community.
