Brewed with Black Garlic.

Bright
Deep amber colour.
Aroma is sweet almost like Balsamic Vinegar.
The flavour is malty, biscuity and then sweet balsamic vinegar. Unusual.
Sweet malty aftertaste.

Tropical British Pale Ale.
Alc.5.6% Vol.
Golden/Amber in colour.
Slight cast.
Slightly zesty hop aroma.
Palate is a clean zesty hop. Not overpowering but there! Slightly like sweet lime. Clean aftertaste.

Pale
Slightly hazy
Earthy aroma with a slight hint of the orange family
The palate is on the bitter side and the bitter aftertaste is quite long.

Sorachi Ace
Saison Ale
Alc 7.2% Vol.
Very pale in colour.
Slightly hazy.
The aroma is funky from the saison yeast.
The funky flavour along with the coconut flavour from the Sorachi Ace hop make an interesting combination.
Brewed in Sweden is interesting for a Brooklyn Brewery beer.

Pale in colour.
Bright.
Initial aromas is of oranges and then the smokiness cuts in.
The flavours are subtle but both mandarin and smokiness can be picked up.
The aftertaste is of smoky sweet orange juice.

Alc. 7.4% Vol.
Slight cast.
Deep amber in colour.
Sweet and earthy hop aroma.
Flavour is well balanced for the strength. It is slightly malty sweet with a slight tinned prune juice flavour.
The aftertaste is of a clean bitterness.

Slightly hazy.
Very pale, from the addition of torrefied rice.
Aroma of easy peel oranges.
The flavour is of oranges and stonefruit.
The stonefruit lingers in the aftertaste along with some bitterness.

Club Tropica - Tropical IPA
Quite bright/slight hazy.
Pale in colour.
Alc. 5.0% Vol.
Aroma mainly of apricot and a hint of blackcurrant.
Slightly cheesy on the palate Considering BB 04/12/26.
Slightly thin on the palate with the blackcurrant coming through in the aftertaste.
