About the Role:
iPro Security Consultancy Ltd is looking for experienced Radio Controllers / CCTV Operators to support communications and monitoring at large-scale events across the UK, primarily in West Sussex.
This role is ideal for individuals with control room experience who can remain calm under pressure and manage radio communications professionally during busy live events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and controlling radio communications for event security teams
* Monitoring and operating CCTV systems where required
* Coordinating information between security teams, management, and event control
* Maintaining clear and professional radio etiquette at all times
* Supporting the smooth and safe running of large-scale events
Requirements:
* Valid CCTV Licence (SIA)
* Previous control room or operations experience
* Strong radio communication skills and etiquette
* Good knowledge of CCTV systems
* Professional, presentable, and reliable
* Calm and composed in high-pressure environments
