WHITE GOODS / APPLIANCE ENGINEER WANTED – HEREFORD

Herefordshire Reuse and Recycling Organisation (HRRO) is looking for an experienced white goods/appliance engineer for approximately one paid day per month at our Rotherwas warehouse.

We receive donated washing machines and other white goods which we want to safely return to use rather than send for recycling.

We now have a dedicated testing area with electricity, water supply and drainage, and are looking for someone to inspect and function-test batches of appliances and undertake minor repairs where appropriate.

We can be very flexible about when the work is carried out – any Tuesday to Saturday would work for us.

This could suit an experienced retired or semi-retired appliance engineer, or someone already working in the trade who would like a little regular extra work.
