From 15 December 2026, private landlords in England have to register themselves and every property they let on a new national register, it's part of the second phase of the Renters' Rights Act. It's being implemented region by region at the moment, so your deadline depends on where your properties are, not where you live. More info on our blog.

Unsurprisingly, October and November mark the biggest spike in boiler pressure drops, pilot light failures, and emergency gas call-outs.

Stay ahead of your annual checks, save money, and protect your budget from emergency call-out fees with grouped testing services.

Are you a landlord providing electrical appliances to your tenants?

Under UK regulations, landlords have a duty of care to ensure all supplied electrical equipment, from kettles and microwaves to washing machines and fridges are safe for use. Regular PAT/EET testing helps you protect your tenants, stay compliant, and prove you safeguard your property.

Don't leave appliance safety to chance.

Fixed supply/wiring incidents are quietly rising. According to the Home Office, incidents are up 13% in 2026, which is a 16-year high. That's around 7 fires every single day caused by deteriorating electrical installations. If you're buying a home, or have a commercial property, venue, or rental accommodation that hasn't had an EICR within the last 5 years, get in touch today.
