The Thread by Ron 'Bumblefoot' Thal has to be the most intense earworm I've had for many years. Just crazy.

It's inspired me to knock together a fretless, metal fingerboard guitar, but I'm putting in a sustaniac neck pick up. The idea is to get some form of guitar that will do new things. Kind of theramin-like almost. Just for fun, no big deal.

I've got a list of musos that will be borrowing it, and hopefully they'll make a video or two with whatever craziness they can squeeze out of it!
..thinking about it, I have a tele with the Muse Vfex mod (done at Manson Guitar Works Official I think) ... that would be cool... ๐Ÿค”

Up stairs with me is for all your amp repairs, Tour Supply UK for all your necessaries (strings etc) and a wonderful view of Lancashire Eccles Cakes factory. We've literally got it ALL!

Since being sent a link to a song called The Thread by Ron 'Bumblefoot' Thal it's been playing in my earworm jukebox non stop. The first WTF!? moment listening to guitar in many years. It's like evh and Jeff Beck mind-melded together and shot a Ghostbusters style proton accelerator into my forehead. So I have to make a fretless metal fingerboard guitar, but with a sustaniac pick up now. No choice.
