Been monster hunting yet? There are still FOUR more days of FREE monster hunting to enjoy across Leicester city centre, with all eight giant monsters back out causing mischief until Halloween on Saturday 31 October! 🎃
A huge thank you for bearing with us through the recent weather disruption. 💚 Two major storms brought severe winds and widespread disruption to outdoor events across the country, with a Met Office yellow wind warning affecting the Midlands. Conditions from Friday through to Monday meant changes to our installations were essential for everyone's safety.
These enormous monsters require specialist teams and equipment, and can't be safely installed or removed in high winds. A HUGE shout-out to the amazing Designs in Air team, who worked tirelessly throughout Tuesday and into the evening to get them all back on display! 🙌
And a little bit of good news for Sunday visitors! While the official trail finishes on Saturday 31 October, our installation team will be taking the monsters down across Sunday and Monday, so some may still be visible on Sunday 1 November. We'll share an update on Friday about which monsters are likely to remain on display, but we can't guarantee which will be up or for how long.
