We're looking for a Field Manager to join our Leicester branch, supporting our Area Manager with day-to-day operations, team performance and customer service.
🔧 What will you be doing?
âś… Supporting and motivating installation teams
âś… Monitoring performance and maintaining high standards
âś… Managing health & safety compliance and inspections
âś… Supporting customer service and resolving complaints
âś… Liaising with planning teams and fitting crews
âś… Attending site visits and meetings across the UK

Someone who's organised, proactive and confident supporting field-based teams. You'll need a practical approach, strong communication skills and a focus on health & safety, customer service and getting the job done right.
