What’s the best part of your job?
Turning cold calls into warm meetings. There’s something magical about going from “Who is this?” to “Yes, let’s book it!” I basically speed-date for a living — and I love it.

What motivates you most in your role?
The little dopamine hit when a meeting lands in the calendar. And of course knowing that I’m opening doors that create real business. Also… I’m slightly competitive (in a healthy, charming way).

What do you enjoy most about your team?
The energy! We hype each other up, celebrate every booked meeting, and somehow make even tough calling days fun. Lots of laughs.

If you had to describe working here in three words, what would they be?
Fun- Supportive- Addictive.

What does a great workday look like for you?
Getting a couple of solid “Yes, let’s book a meeting” — and ending the day feeling like a calendar-conquering queen.

Digital Advertising | Fully Remote | Americas

We’re working with a leading global digital advertising platform to scale its self-service advertising solution. In this role, you'll work directly with SMBs and agencies across the Americas: educating, consulting, and closing deals while helping advertisers grow with scalable self-serve tools.

What you'll do:
• Own and grow a sales pipeline across SMBs & agencies
• Sell self-serve digital advertising solutions
• Onboard and activate advertisers through demos & best practices
• Optimise campaigns using performance insights
• Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets

What we’re looking for
• 3+ years in sales (digital ads, SaaS, or platforms preferred)
• Strong communicator with a consultative mindset
• Comfortable with campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, performance)
• Self-driven and confident working remotely
• Fluent English speaker, confident working US time zones
