We're in Australia ahead of the first-ever NFL regular season game in Melbourne this Friday.

This week, the MoonShot team is working with NFL Teammates at the MCG, helping prepare them to welcome fans and bring the energy, excitement and experience of an NFL game to life.

Three days. Three incredible shows. One amazing team. 💙

While thousands of fans enjoyed Take That's concerts at London Stadium, our Accessibility Support Team was there throughout, supporting guests across the venue.

Whether it was ensuring a warm welcome, providing directions, supporting the accessible shuttle service, assisting wheelchair users or simply being there when someone needed help, the team played an important role in helping everyone enjoy the experience.

A huge thank you to everyone on the team for the care and support you showed to so many fans. 👏

One of the goals of any volunteer programme is helping people feel part of something bigger.

Confidence doesn't just come from understanding the role. It comes from feeling connected to the event, the team around you, and the impact you're having on fans.

Over the last couple of weeks, our volunteers at the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2026, known as the 'Spirit Squad', have brought team spirit, enthusiasm and a sense of fun to every venue.

The energy they bring is a big part of what makes the tournament feel special and you can see the pride, connection, and enjoyment that has grown throughout the competition so far.

It's more than a role. It's an experience they're part of.

⚽ A great evening supporting the England Women's match against Ukraine at Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Our Here to Help volunteers were on hand throughout, welcoming fans, answering questions, providing directions, taking photos, and helping create a positive atmosphere around the stadium.

From arrival right through to the final whistle and beyond, it’s often the small interactions that make a difference to someone’s day.

We're proud to have supported The FA in delivering the volunteer programme and would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who gave their time and energy to support fans throughout the evening.

Today, MoonShot celebrates its 10th anniversary.

Over the last 10 years, we've had the privilege of working alongside incredible staff, volunteers, venues, events, and partners around the world.

Different places. Different teams. Different experiences.

But the same thing has always stood out: the people behind the experience.

The people who welcome fans, offer support, solve problems, and help create the moments that stay with them long after the day is over.

As we reflect on the last decade, we'd like to thank everyone who has been part of the journey.

We were at Nottingham Forest supporting The FA's “Here to Help” fan support programme, working alongside an incredible team of volunteers to welcome fans and help support the match day experience around the stadium.

From offering directions to answering questions, these small interactions help make match day easier and more enjoyable for everyone attending.

Happy Super Bowl Sunday 🎉

Our 8th Super Bowl, and an incredible team effort behind the scenes.

Over the past week we’ve recognised 6,000+ teammates - with coins, candy, helmets, and a lot of appreciation along the way.

From welcoming TEAMMATES as they arrive, to surprise donut drops, it’s been all about saying thank you to the people who make these moments possible.
