August has been a strong month for the Sales Department, with just under £2,000,000 worth of property instructed for sale. It also marked our strongest month for completions since the department began, a great sign as the department continues to grow.

We’ve seen a good level of activity from both new and existing clients, with a number of properties coming to market across Central London. Buyer demand also remains steady, particularly for properties that are sensibly priced and offer good opportunities to add value.

It’s encouraging to see the department continuing to build momentum, and the level of new instructions in August reflects the work that has gone into growing the business over the past two years.

As we move into September, the focus remains on getting these properties sold and completed, while continuing to build on what has been a very positive year for the Sales Department.
