Our Creative Studio team has won Best Implementation of Technology within Creative Operations at the Inside Out Awards.

Rather than try to produce every asset themselves, the team built a self-serve model so teams across the business can create on-brand work on their own.

In 12 months, 227 people across the UK, USA and APAC published 45.6K designs. The creative team still holds the standards and governance, and everyone else gets to create.

Well done, team. You've earned this one.

Our Customer Experience team has won three Silver awards at the UK Contact Centre Forum National Awards Programme.

The team was recognised for Best AI Customer Experience of the Year, Best Use of AI and Best Use of Technology.

They've combined their expertise with digital tools. Now 40% of customer queries are solved through self-service, and 70% of queries that reach the team are closed within an hour.

That's a result the whole team can be proud of. Huge congratulations to everyone involved. Well done, team.

Rivers don't ask for much: a few pairs of rubber gloves and some elbow grease will do.

For World Rivers Day, Access colleagues rolled up their sleeves and waded in. They cleaned up rivers, canals and coastlines across Australia, New Zealand, Romania, the UK, Vietnam and Sri Lanka.

Between them, they've pulled more than 1.4 tonnes of waste out, and we're not done yet.

Our FY25 charity partnership with Young Lives vs Cancer has won two Silver awards at the Corporate Engagement Awards 2026.

If you gave your time to the partnership, these awards are yours. Thank you.

The judges recognised it in two categories: Best Engagement of an Internal Audience in a CSR or Sponsorship Programme and Best Charity, NGO or Not-for-Profit Programme.

We're pleased to announce that we have acquired Talent Funnel, subject to completion.

Talent Funnel is an Applicant Tracking System purpose-built for the UK hospitality sector, serving over 100 contracted organisations including The Ivy Collection, GAIL's Bakery, Itsu, Compass Group and Nightcap. It will sit in our Access Hospitality business.

Martin Verdon-Roe, Chief Commercial Officer, Access Hospitality F&B, said: "Talent Funnel is the right acquisition because it is the only ATS built natively for how hospitality operates. Every part of the product - the workflow, the AI capability, the data model - is set up for operators who hire at volume, on short cycles, and across multiple venues. The team has solved a genuinely hard vertical-specific problem and built real commercial momentum around it. We’re excited to bring Talent Funnel into the Access Hospitality, Food & Beverage portfolio and to support the next stage of its growth."
