Pride Month is here. But honestly? We never really stopped.

Over the last 12 months, our OPEN community, Access' LGBTQ+ employee network has run 10+ events. Not just Pride. Bi Awareness Month. A Trans Day of Remembrance Vigil. IDAHOBIT Day. Zero Discrimination Day. The moments that don't always make the highlight reel but matter most to the people they're for.

We've grown to 150+ members and allies. Hundreds of colleagues have shown up to our LGBTQ+ panels. Not because they had to, but because they chose to.

This year, our OPEN Chair, Merlin Winter has been shortlisted for the TLC Lions Award and nominated for the National Diversity Award. Recognition that means something when it comes from the community itself.

We're proud our Employee Inclusion score sits at the top 5% of employers at +70 within our sector.

This June, Pride events are running across our offices. Activities, awareness sessions and space to come together. Because belonging isn't a campaign. It's something you build, every month, all year. Happy Pride. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
