A message/update from founder Louise:
A really exciting and important next chapter for Industrious Recruitment.
When Cheryl and I started the business, we always wanted to build something we could be genuinely proud of. Looking at where Industrious is today, we know we could never have achieved it without the incredible team around us. Their hard work, loyalty and belief in the business have been fundamental to our success, and we can’t thank them enough.
As INDUSTRIOUS RECRUITMENT LIMITED has grown, we’ve thought carefully about what the next stage of the business should look like and, most importantly, who would be the right fit to help take it there.
From our conversations with Adama Capital and the TaskMaster Resources team, including Adam Fletcher and Mark Keegan it became clear that they understood what we had built, valued our people and shared our ambitions for the future. We genuinely believe they are the right home for Industrious and will give the business the opportunity to grow to another level.
For Cheryl and me, this isn’t the end of the journey far from it. We’re both staying and will continue to run Industrious with our fantastic team. For our clients, candidates and colleagues, it’s very much business as usual, but now with the backing and opportunities that come from being part of a much larger group.
We’re incredibly excited about what comes next.
And finally, a massive thank you to every single member of our team, past and present, who has helped us get to this point. We simply wouldn’t have built the business we have today without you. ❤️
