Are you the person who can bring people, plans and staffing needs together? 💚

We’re looking for a Relief Workforce and Rostering Coordinator to join Green Light in Newquay.

You’ll help us make sure the right people are in the right place at the right time across our Cornwall homes. That means keeping in touch with our Relief workers, helping managers find suitable cover, arranging introductions to our homes and making sure Relief DBS, Right to Work and training information is on track.

Every shift you help coordinate supports something bigger: safe, consistent support for adults with learning disabilities and autism in their own homes.

If you have experience coordinating Relief, Bank or agency workers, administering DBS applications and checking Right to Work documents, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll also need a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
