That was SHOE-purb!

Thanks so much to the team at for inviting us along to their factory tour in Wollaston.

There was plenty to learn about the history of shoe making in Northamptonshire, the Northamptonshire Productive Society, and the manufacturing process… and lots of beautiful boots and stunning shoes to admire afterwards.

Our Shoe Tours of Northampton look at some of the factories in the county town, where similar process would have taken place over the decades.
