Helpdesk Operative
We are a very busy catering equipment service and maintenance company based in Peterborough and we are looking to add to our busy helpdesk team due to a steady increase in contract wins.
Ideally the role would suit somebody used to working in a busy environment who likes to multitask, is good at dealing with customers and looking to progress.
Full-time permanent role
• Working Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 17.30
• You will cover the helpdesk and assist contract support as and when required.
• Taking calls on the helpdesk, dealing with queries, logging jobs on the system and notes, closing jobs down, scheduling in engineers and ensuring they have all job details, parts, and materials.
• Upselling additional services and contract options to new and existing customers.
• Engaging with subcontractors and engineers, chasing job sheets, raising PO's, uploading documents on the system, using the CAFM system.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in a helpdesk, scheduling, workplace support role or similar. Experience carrying out the above duties / similar, would be highly beneficial.
Our customer base is very varied with everything from small local schools in care homes to fine dining restaurants and luxury hotels throughout London and the Southeast.

Salary: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
