Part 1 of the Knowle project complete, all knock throughs completed, including knocking kitchen, utility and coal shed into one room and creating a new utility area. Side doors blocked up and a new structural pier built off existing concrete foundations 1.2m dig out. 5.5m steel main beam and a 2.7m beam installed.

Master bedroom knocked through to make one big walk in wardrobe & dressing room.

That’s the Bromfield Road job in redditch all wrapped up! This customer has had a nightmare with multiple builders doing a number on them.

We first came in to this job to rebuild & make step wider as original builder said it couldn’t go wider 🤨. Must of came in on a horse! Built off clay, out of square just shocking.

No membrane down for patio & wrong subbase used!

We’ve been back on multiple stages to give the customer back the garden they’ve longed for after not being able to use one for 2 years!

Final stage today was finishing off the railings to set the whole area off!

Customer is over the moon with the garden now and is able to use it again!

Garage conversion in redditch all completed & signed off today! Great job for great customers!

3 rooms, utility, storage & a snug.

Electric Under floor heating through the snug,
Spotlights throughout, washer & dryer housing to maximise space in the utility area with Howdens venato range with porcelain units & J pull fronts & ceramic sink.
Finished off with light grey oak laminate flooring.

Sliding barn door to maximise space again between the two areas.

We were approached by another builder whilst on a job in Stratford asking if we could fit them in and give them a push with an Annexe for a customer over in Stratford upon Avon. Drainage and water utilities all connected into the building. This will be a 1 bed 1 bathroom and living area. Customer was over the moon to see such progress in 10 days after being delayed nearly 2 years!

That’s the Stratford boundary wall all finished! Existing wall was leaning, cracking and only had 70mm of concrete for foundations, so we dug down and increased this to 450mm of concrete, new Flemish bond to match the house with 5 450x450 pillars, finished with a double tile crease and brick on edge, white cement and buff sand used on this to give a lighter mortar contrast.
