This Women's only, small group course is designed specifically for beginners- no experience needed, just a willingness to give it a go in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Reflecting on a beautiful week.

Full of wonderful women (and a couple of gents) who have all shown up, worked hard and left feeling stronger, fitter, sweatier and a lot happier after sessions of laughter and fun.

I truly believe if you hate exercise you just haven't found a type you love YET.

It's out there ladies and finding the right community and setting is absolutely crucial ❤️

I'm proud of every single one of you this week!

Today is not only beautiful... it's a new week and a new month!

This is a great time to re-evaluate goals and priorities.

As a coach I am always looking at the bigger picture and long term goals.

How can we break down a 3 stone weightloss into small bite size chunks? How can we make this achievable in a good time scale without drastic sacrifice?... Great question!
