Earlier this week, we welcomed the Profine UK internal team to our training centre for our 5-Day Basics of Window & Door Installation course.

Whilst the team don't carry out installations themselves, they wanted to gain a deeper understanding of the installation process so they can better support and communicate with their customers.

By getting hands-on experience and learning the fundamentals of window and door installation, the team gained valuable insight into the challenges, techniques, and best practices that installers encounter every day.

It's great to see manufacturers and suppliers investing in product and installation knowledge to enhance the service they provide to their customers.

Earlier this week, Mark and Chris travelled over to Liverpool to meet with Barbara Travis and John Ashton from Nobody Left Behind to discuss how we can work together to recruit more employers across the Liverpool City Region.

The aim is simple, to create real opportunities for young people currently out of work and introduce them to the Fenestration, Glass and Glazing industry as a genuine career of choice.

There is so much talent out there waiting for an opportunity, and by working together with employers, training providers, and organisations like Nobody Left Behind, we can help open doors to rewarding long-term careers within our industry.

A huge thank you to Barbara and John for the warm welcome and for the incredible work they continue to do supporting young people into employment. We’re excited about what’s ahead!

The day began with the System House Group Meeting, followed by the New Build Group Meeting this afternoon… both bringing together industry professionals to discuss the key issues, developments, and opportunities shaping the future of our sector.
