For this transformation, we removed the existing bath and replaced it with a practical shower tray and swivel shower seat, making the space safer, more comfortable and easier to use.

We also replaced the original basin and pedestal with a modern vanity unit, giving the bathroom some much-needed extra storage.

To finish it off, the whole bathroom was shower boarded, creating a clean, fresh look that’s also durable and easy to maintain.

A leaking internal soil stack was causing problems inside this property, so we removed it and installed a brand-new soil stack externally.

Where the original pipework was removed, we carefully patched the brickwork using bricks matched as closely as possible to the existing property.

We always take pride in the finishing touches, making sure the completed job looks neat, tidy and professional.
