🚀 We’re recruiting! Operations Manager – Sports Provision ⚽🏀
Due to the continued growth of our Sports Department, AC Training is excited to be recruiting for a brand new Operations Manager role.

This role has been created to support our fantastic Skills Coaches and Quality Team, helping to drive excellence across our sports apprenticeship provision.

We’re looking for someone with experience in operations management within the apprenticeship sector. You don’t need to be a sports fanatic – a strong understanding of apprenticeships is far more important, along with a willingness to learn, enthusiasm, and yes… a sense of humour!

If you’re looking to join a dynamic, fun and forward thinking organisation where you can genuinely make an impact, this could be the role for you.

We had a fun day out to celebrate our recent Ofsted grade 2 (good). 18 of the team and some bunnies met up for pizza and cake in Birmingham.

As we are a pretty spread out team, sadly we could not manage to get all of our wonderful gang together, but it was brilliant to be able to get so many together and celebrate our success and have a pre-Easter catch up. 🐇🐣🐣

AC Training is excited and proud to announce that, following a full Ofsted inspection in February, we have been awarded a Grade 2 - Good, outcome. For us, this is the culmination of a huge amount of hard work to get to this point, after the challenges of Covid.

Last week saw the delivery of AC Training's latest UKSPF funded workshop on 'Delivering Projects with Excellence'.

As one of the delegates myself, I can hand-on-heart say what a great day we had, learning so much from the project maestro that is Michael Christopher MBA ChPP! The day was packed with insights, strategies, and interactive learning. And while I might be slightly biased, my fellow delegates had plenty to say about their experience too:
