Being an entrepreneur is hard. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.

Which is why you have to guard the two things that decide everything:
→ Your mind - how you think.
→ Your time - what you do.

You’re under attack all day. Emails. Calls. Notifications. Other people’s agendas.
Let the barbarians over the wall and your plans end up in ruins.
So build a drawbridge. Block out the time to think and work on the business and let nobody cross it until the important work is done.

→ Chasing every new platform isn’t a strategy.
→ Doing what ‘everyone else does’ isn’t a plan.
→ Great marketing always starts with Market, then Message, then Media. Never the other way round.

Be choosy about whose advice you follow. Not every opinion is a qualified one.
