☀️ Tips for working out in the heat ☀️

Shorts - Dig them out and show off those pins🦵

Water - Stay hydrated throughout the day and fill your water bottles right up, loaded with ice cubes 🧊

Towel - Take a small one, you’ll need it. Pop in freezer before 😰 🥶

Time - Think about what time your exercising - If outside head out earlier or later! Make the most of our glorious sunsets 🌅

Homemade lollies - Get creative making your favourite lollies. You control what goes in them and saves the pennies! 🍭

Don’t give up - Adjust/ modify but keep working on a healthier version of yourself ❤️

What a rootin’-tootin’ night at our line dancing workshop! 🤠🎶

The room was full of toe-tappin’, heel-stompin’, country spirit from start to finish. Everyone worked so hard and danced like seasoned pros — boots were scootin’ and smiles were shining all night long! 🤠

Thank you all for coming along making it such a fun evening.

Already looking forward to the next dance floor get-together! 💃🕺✨

A huge congratulations to our Glow Girls - Belinda and Lisa for taking part in this year’s Moonwalk in London this Saturday! 💖 👏🏻

The girls team raised a huge over £4,000!! 🙌🏻💖

And, yes both Queens turned up to class tonight and absolutely smashed it!! 🔥

What a heart pumping day we had today at our charity event organised by raising money for The Heart Campaign to help save Torbay Hospital ❤️

A huge thank you to every single person who came along, donated, supported, and helped make today so special ❤️ The generosity and community spirit is outstanding ❤️

I’m delighted to announce we raised £300 ❤️

Today was for an important cause, but it was so much fun too! I absolutely loved playing everyone’s favourite songs and putting together our Pick N Mix playlist that certainly kept the energy up 🥵 🎶

And a very special thank you to for kindly giving us the hall free of charge. Your support helped make this event possible 🙏🏻

Thank you Emma for inviting me to be part of this special event, holding a class alongside such fabulous instructors in Torbay ❤️
