Under ADR regulations, empty uncleaned dangerous goods packaging may remain a regulated hazard and should be treated with the same caution as when it was full.

❌ Don't put dangerous goods packaging in general waste bins.
✅ Follow approved hazardous waste disposal procedures.

Improper disposal can lead to fires, explosions, environmental contamination, and serious risks to waste handlers and the public.

Remember: If it contained dangerous goods, it's not just rubbish until it's been properly cleaned, decontaminated, and declared safe.
