It's that time of year again!
Some lovely carved pumpkins here, made by participants at West Park Hospital NRU (Neuro Rehabilitation Unit) in Wolverhampton. A game of Halloween themed BSL Bingo too and completing sugar skulls. Well done everyone!

We love a new leaflet!

We're excited to launch our new staff focused sessions, branded as 'RAW EVOLVE'.

These workplace workshops can be either Arts or BSL focused (or a blended session) and have numerous benefits such as:

- Enhancing communication & collaboration
- Reducing stress and burnout (which have a huge cost implication)

Some lovely Halloween themed paintings on square black canvases (available in The Works and Aldi at the moment) by participants at West Park Hospital Neuro Rehabilitation Unit yesterday.

We love how vibrant the acrylic colours look on the contrasting backgrounds - and because not everyone is into Halloween there were some other subjects using the same technique.

Why not grab a black canvas and give it a go yourself?

Happy Halloween! Can you finger-spell the halloween themed items here?

Our Deaf tutor Gary led a fab session yesterday, teaching West Park Hospital NRU participants these signs which are always great fun!

They also shows how important facial expression and body language is to BSL to convey the meaning behind the signs.

Some more wonderful creativity from West Park Hospital NRU this week. Participants used paper templates to create colourful sugar skulls and other designs on black canvases - available at the moment from 'The Works' stores.

Also, some BSL bingo with Gary which is always great fun, at the same time as learning new sign language vocabulary.

We're receiving some amazing feedback on these sessions which we'll share more of later, here's a taster:
