Courage Club gets even better!

Second event this morning and a lot of you came back 🎉 because it made a difference. Shifted the needle on that one thing in your business you were stuck on.

And when something works. We come back for more. đŸ„ł

A big thank you to Lisa Hibberd Mortgages who gave a masterclass on communication. Including tips for networking, emailing and sales conversations.

Sticky notes came out for my session on finding the friction and leaking points in your processes. We’ve all left the session with one achievable next step to make big impact.

The stand out line from this morning has to be ‘everyone needs a Hannah!’

đŸ€©This morning's launch of Courage Club was fantastic!😍

Thank you to all who came, you brought the best energy and such willingness to open up about the realities of running a business.

Together we dived in, looking fear straight in the eye, sticking two fingers up and cracking on with the work. 2026 belongs to us!

A big shout out to my co-presenter of who leapt on the opportunity of sharing expertise and showcasing her business. Her session gives us the very best chance of success.

We'll be meeting early next month - Wednesday 10th - with a new co-presenter. TBA soon. 😉

Attendees please share your links below, plus any offers and reach out to each other to continue your conversations.

“I know something needs to change, but I can’t see what the right change is.”

“I’m working so hard and I’m still not getting the results I want.”

Does this sound like you?

That’s usually not a motivation problem. It’s a strategy + structure problem.

You need a calm, non-judgemental space to step back, look at the facts, and make decisions your future self will thank you for.

If you want that kind of support, you can book a discovery call with me. We’ll figure out:
what’s actually going on (without the emotional fog)
what’s leaking time/money/energy
what your best next step is

DM me the word CLARITY and I’ll send you the link to book a discovery call.

“You’re not broken, you’re just too close to it”

If your business feels a bit
messy right now, I want you to hear this:
You’re not failing. You’re probably just too close to it.
When you’re the one doing the selling, the delivering, the admin, the thinking, the worrying (and the remembering to buy bread & milk)
 everything feels personal.

So every decision feels heavier than it needs to.

Today’s tiny reset:
Make a brew
Ask: “What’s actually happening here?” (facts only)
Ask: “What’s one small change that would make this easier?”
That’s strategy. Not drama.

Tell me in the comments: what’s feeling most “too close to see clearly” right now — time, money, marketing, or boundaries?

You don't have to be your past business owner self anymore.

You're allowed to:
- Change direction
- Simplify
- Raise your prices
- Think bigger

In other words, you're allowed to evolve.

You're moving forward. Not staying stuck.

If you're ready for thoughtful, supported growth........
Kitchen Table CEO is here.

Growth isn't always about adding more.

It's also important to let things go.
Like letting go of:
- Offers that no longer excite you.
- Clients that drain your energy.
- Strategies that aren't working.
- Expectations that don't fit anymore.

If inwardly you're screaming - 'But, I've always done it this way.' 'I should try harder to make it work.' Or even, 'what if I need it later?'

Take a breath. Holding onto the wrong things causes friction and makes growth far harder than it needs to be.

Kitchen Table CEO gives you space to step back and ask yourself:
- What's still serving me?
- What's weighing me down?
- What's ready to change?

Boom! Getting super clear gets you back to being excited about your business and that creates momentum.

Kitchen Table CEO is here for you.
