🤩This morning's launch of Courage Club was fantastic!😍

Thank you to all who came, you brought the best energy and such willingness to open up about the realities of running a business.

Together we dived in, looking fear straight in the eye, sticking two fingers up and cracking on with the work. 2026 belongs to us!

A big shout out to my co-presenter of who leapt on the opportunity of sharing expertise and showcasing her business. Her session gives us the very best chance of success.

If your business feels a bit… messy right now, I want you to hear this:
You’re not failing. You’re probably just too close to it.
When you’re the one doing the selling, the delivering, the admin, the thinking, the worrying (and the remembering to buy bread & milk)… everything feels personal.

So every decision feels heavier than it needs to.

Today’s tiny reset:
Make a brew
Ask: “What’s actually happening here?” (facts only)
Ask: “What’s one small change that would make this easier?”
That’s strategy. Not drama.

You're allowed to:
- Change direction
- Simplify
- Raise your prices
- Think bigger

Growth isn't always about adding more.
