Many of our clients ask us, "How do you know if your CTAs lead to form submissions?" The answer so far has not been easy, but guess what? It just got way better.

You can now see how many visitors filled out a form after clicking a CTA.

You can track the actual performance of your CTAs with attributed submissions-the percentage of visitors who clicked a CTA and then filled out a form.

How does it work?

Your CTAs are automatically tracked by HubSpot.

- On the CTAs dashboard, click 'Analyze' to see the overall submission rate.
- Check out each CTA's performance page to see how it's doing.
- Clicking a CTA also gives you a list of people who filled out the form.
