Rita and Silvano welcome you to Tenuta Casanova, inside the natural park of Cipresseta Sant’ Agnese, in the heart of Chianti, in Tuscany. Rita will charm you with her delicious Cooking Classes, preparing whit you the best dishes of Tuscany’s culinary tradition. Silvano will guide you on a journey full of flavor, with tastings of Chianti Classico and Super Tuscan wines, and then surprise you with t

he products of Acetaia, like the vinegars that are aged for over three decades, best tasted over ice cream or strawberries. Enjoy also Silvano’s great hobby, truffles, which he seeks and gathers with his dog in the Tuscan countryside, and then uses to create a delicious Olive Oil with black and white truffles. Another pearl in the production of Tenuta Casanova is the DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil Chianti Classico, a limited and precious production made for you to enjoy in the true spirit of Tuscany. Finally there is the Honey, produced following the most classic method, as well as the essential oils extracted from the property’s vast fields of lavender and rosemary, used also to prepare care products to pamper your body naturally. All our products can be ordered online and are shipped anywhere in the world.
