Today is bottling day and one thing people don’t always see about small wineries is this… there’s a lot of borrowing, lending and helping each other out behind the scenes.

Because sometimes making wine looks less like competition and more like neighbours showing up when needed.
14,000 bottles over these two days.

And a quiet thank you to the people around us who make it possible.

Patience is a virtue…
we’re still working on that one.

Mood in between: checking barrels every 5 minutes
But here’s the truth: wine doesn’t care about your schedule.
It just takes its time. And you learn to follow.

Wine doesn’t get “less strong” with time.
It changes shape.

Think of tannins like a chain.
Over time, they tighten, they smooth out.

The wine becomes softer, rounder, easier to enjoy.

Same grape.
Just… more time doing its job.
