Giallo dorato. Petali di rosa, fiori bianchi, spezie calde. Ricco e raffinato al palato, secco, con un finale di grande intensità.

Jede Traube aus dem Castel Ringberg erzählt dieselbe Geschichte: von kühlen, vom Kalterer See geprägten Nächten und dem Südwind der Ora.
Was wir hier lesen, ist nie nur eine Ernte, es ist der unverfälschte Charakter unseres Terroirs.

Il castello custodisce la nostra vendemmia da cento anni.
In ogni grappolo di Castel Ringberg si ritrova la stessa essenza: notti fresche grazie al Lago di Caldaro e la brezza dell’Ora da sud.
Dalla vigna non portiamo a casa solo dell’uva, ma il carattere autentico del nostro terroir.

The castle has watched over the harvest for a hundred years.
Every grape that comes in from Castel Ringberg carries the same story: cool nights shaped by Lake Caldaro and the southerly Ora wind.

Unsere liebste Zeit des Jahres ist endlich da. 🍇

Ci siamo: la vendemmia a Castel Ringberg è ufficialmente iniziata!
Il nostro periodo preferito dell’anno è finalmente arrivato.

Our favorite time of year is finally here.

𝐆𝐞𝐰𝐮̈𝐫𝐳 steht für Würze. 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫 für unsere Heimat Tramin, wo diese Rebsorte seit über 800 Jahren zu Hause ist. ✨
Mineralreiche Böden, sonnige Tage, kühle Bergnächte. Den Rest übernimmt die Geduld.

𝐆𝐞𝐰𝐮̈𝐫𝐳 significa spezia. 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫 significa “di Termeno”: il nostro paese, la casa di questo vitigno da più di ottocento anni.
Terreni ricchi di minerali, giornate soleggiate, notti fresche di montagna. Il resto è solo pazienza.

𝐆𝐞𝐰𝐮̈𝐫𝐳 means spice. 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫 means from Tramin: our village, and this grape’s home for over 800 years. Rich mineral soils, sunny days, cool mountain nights. The rest is just patience.
