We're growing!

We're excited to introduce the newest member of our team. Constança Mendonça joins us as a HR Advisor, and we couldn't be more delighted to have her.

She's got a fantastic background in Hospitality and HR, a Postgraduate degree in People Management, and she's currently finishing a Master's in Psychology. If you hadn’t guessed it already, Constança loves understanding and supporting people!

She's recently made the move to Jersey and brings with her the experience of having lived in six different countries! Safe to say she's always up for swapping travel stories over a coffee.

When she's not helping businesses and their teams thrive, you'll find her painting, surfing, hitting the gym, or out walking her dog by the sea.

• Deliver first class HR consultancy across multiple sectors
• Manage HR cases, including investigations and formal processes
• Draft policies, handbooks, and reports
