Yesterday was a busy day of learning at KonnektTalexio. A group of our leaders wrapped up the final session of our leadership training journey for the year with Dr Elaine Dutton from The Change Agent.

Later in the day, team members across several departments gathered for a workshop with Paths on Effective Communication in a Hybrid Workplace.

It’s always encouraging to see our teams come together, bring different realities to the room, and build stronger bridges collectively. 🙌

That’s a wrap! Today Talexio hosted an incredible morning for HR leaders in Malta. ✨

We were thrilled to welcome a packed room of forward-thinking business executives for our exclusive event: "What It Takes to Build a High-Performing Team in Malta."

With organisations facing ongoing challenges around attraction, retention, and employee engagement, the session focused on the psychology of high-functioning teams and the systems that support them effectively.

Together, we explored:

• How to build psychological safety and trust within teams
• What modern performance enablement looks like in practice
• How employee feedback can be used to strengthen culture and performance
• Key strengths and opportunities within our own organisations through an interactive workshop

Yesterday, we marked Men's Mental Health Day at KonnektTalexio with a meaningful session led by a specialist from Paths, dedicated to creating awareness, encouraging open conversations, and supporting the wellbeing of our male colleagues.

The afternoon continued with team activities, great food, and the opportunity to connect outside of our day-to-day roles.

At KonnektTalexio, we believe that the wellbeing of our people is just as important as their professional growth.

Creating a workplace where colleagues feel supported, heard, and valued is something we continuously strive for.

Welcoming Future HR Leaders to KonnektTalexio! 🇲🇹🇫🇷

Last week, we hosted a group of HR and Management students from Utec77 during their practical workshop tour in Malta.

Our HR Business Partner, Kane Valletta, gave them an inside look into the KonnektTalexio ecosystem, sharing how we tackle modern organisational challenges and leverage HR tech.

In collaboration with the Malta University Language School, this visit was a fantastic opportunity for these future professionals to engage with industry experts and immerse themselves in real-world business terminology.

We wish this bright group the very best in their future HR careers!
