As part of BDO Solutions’ commitment to youth development and community engagement, our HR Team recently conducted a series of 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 aimed at supporting students in preparing for the professional world.

The sessions were successfully delivered at:
• Dunputh Lallah SSS
• Sodnac SSS
• Polytechnics Mauritius Ltd

Through these sessions, students were guided on key workplace skills including communication, teamwork, adaptability, CV writing, and interview preparation; helping them build confidence and better understand professional expectations.

We proudly celebrated 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲 on 21 & 22 May 2026, a meaningful occasion that highlights the richness of diversity and the value it brings to our workplace.

Across the office, colleagues came together in vibrant cultural attire and shared a wonderful variety of traditional dishes, each reflecting the stories, heritage, and traditions that make our teams so unique. It was a moment of connection that reinforced the importance of respect, inclusion, and togetherness in everything we do.
