WHEN THE WORKPLACE BECOMES THE PROBLEM.
A toxic workplace culture rarely begins with policies, it begins with attitudes, behaviours, and leadership that tolerate disrespect, poor communication, blame, favouritism, and a lack of trust. Over time, even the most talented employees can lose motivation, creativity, and commitment when they work in an environment that drains rather than inspires them.
As a management consultant, I have learned that healthy organizations are built intentionally. Leaders who promote respect, fairness, open communication, accountability, and employee well-being create cultures where people thrive and performance follows. The culture of an organization is not just how people work; it is how people feel when they come to work.
