*Day Five* *Friday 7th November*
Culmination of a Transformative 5-Day Learning Journey with FMBN
Today marks the successful conclusion of the 5-Day Capacity Building Workshop on Project Management and Customer Service Excellence for the staff of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) expertly facilitated by R.H.A Consulting.
Over the past five days, participants embarked on an enlightening and practical learning experience that blended technical competence with human-centered excellence.
Here’s a recap of the rich journey:
Day 1: Foundations of Project Management and Service Excellence ,understanding project lifecycles, defining objectives, aligning strategy, and setting the tone for customer-focused service in mortgage banking.
Day 2: Resource Allocation, Budgeting & Risk Management mastering tools for estimating time, cost, and resources; developing sound budgets; tracking project performance; and building resilience through risk mitigation and financial control.
Day 3: Leadership, Communication & Customer-Centric Culture,exploring leadership within project environments, mastering communication, fostering trust and team cohesion, resolving conflict, and promoting customer-centricity and service excellence.
Day 4: Customer Service Excellence and Relationship Management ,deepening understanding of customer psychology, empathy-driven service, service recovery, and building long-term client relationships rooted in professionalism and trust.
Day 5: Reflection, Testimonies, and Recognition
The final day was filled with excitement and fulfillment as participants reflected on their learning experiences and shared heartfelt testimonies about how the sessions reshaped their perspectives on work, leadership, and service delivery. Many described the program as “eye-opening, practical, and deeply impactful.”
The training concluded with the presentation of merit certificates to all participants, recognizing their active engagement, dedication, and commitment to professional growth. The atmosphere was one of joy, camaraderie, and renewed motivation to translate knowledge into action within the FMBN system.
