Last month, Tunde got an MEP drawing for a 4-storey office building. Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical. He knew what that meant: late nights counting fittings, measuring cable runs, and missing his daughter's bedtime again.

This time he opened MeasurerAi.

He uploaded the drawings, ran the takeoff, and watched the quantities come together. Pipes, ducts, cables, fixtures, all measured. By evening his BOQ was ready, downloaded in Excel and PDF, and sent to the client.

He got home before dinner.

MeasurerAi software can now take off MEP works. Less time measuring, more time for the people who matter.

66 years ago, Nigeria earned the freedom to choose its own path.

Today, we're still building it. One drawing. One estimate. One project. One structure at a time.

Every quantity surveyor, engineer, architect, and builder who shows up, measures right, and refuses to give up is laying a brick in the future we all want to see.

To every construction professional building this country: your work holds Nigeria up, and we're proud to build alongside you.

Happy Independence Day, Nigeria. 🇳🇬

Today, I visited Dwellings International, a company involved in architectural design, building construction, and furniture manufacturing.

In 2024, I was privileged to Work with Dwellings as a Quantity Surveying graduate and work closely with the Managing Director, Arch. Michael Adeyemo. That experience taught me a lot and contributed to my growth.

Today, I returned to Dwellings, but this time to introduce MeasurerAi and demonstrate how it can make quantity takeoff, BOQ preparation, and material schedules faster and easier.

It was a great feeling returning to a place where my journey started — now with a solution I built for the construction industry.

Today, we onboarded QS Seun Odeyemi, a trained Nigerian Quantity Surveyor and owner of Sticky Built Construction Company, and showed him how to use MeasurerAI.

Before now, QS Seun used an Excel-based takeoff template, which was stressful and time-consuming. Now, with MeasurerAI, he can take off quantities, prepare BOQs and material schedules faster, and download them in Excel or PDF.

With MeasurerAI, he can estimate faster, save time and energy, and submit bids to his clients faster. 🚀

You can use MeasurerAI on your phone, tablet, or laptop.

Want to get started? Message us on WhatsApp: 07065469569. We’ll onboard you and show you how to use it properly, just like QS Seun.
