1.Tell us about yourself and what you currently do
My name is Emmanuella Amah-Victor, and I am the CEO of Ellaâs Administrative Consult Limited, a firm dedicated to helping CEOs, founders, and growing organisations build structure, optimise workflows, and operate with clarity. I specialise in executive support, administrative strategy, and operational efficiency, empowering leaders to focus on vision while I design the systems that sustain growth.
2. Briefly describe your journey so far in your career or business
My journey began as an administrative professional with a strong desire to move beyond routine support and become a strategic partner to leadership. Over the years, I progressed from executing tasks to building systems, leading teams, managing large-scale corporate projects, and consulting for business owners. Today, through Ellaâs Administrative Consult, I combine hands-on executive experience with business strategy to help organisations operate efficiently and scale with confidence.
3. What inspired you to pursue this path?
I was inspired by the realisation that many brilliant leaders struggle not because they lack vision, but because they lack structure. I saw first-hand how proper systems, planning, and administrative intelligence could transform chaos into clarity. That transformation became my mission.
4. What TIBA Award category did you receive, and in which year?
I was honoured with the Distinct Positive Values Award by The Iconic Brand Africa in 2024.
5. What has been one defining moment in your journey so far?
One defining moment was successfully leading and coordinating high-level corporate events and administrative projects involving hundreds of stakeholders. It confirmed that I am not merely an administrator, but a leader capable of executing large-scale initiatives with excellence and precision.
6. How has TIBA Awards impacted your personal brand or career?
The TIBA Award elevated my visibility and strengthened my credibility. It positioned me not only as an administrative professional but as a value-driven leader whose work delivers measurable impact. It reinforced trust among clients and opened doors to higher-level opportunities and conversations.
7. What opportunities (visibility, partnerships, credibility, networks) came as a result of the award?
The award boosted my visibility across professional networks, reinforced my authority in the administrative space, and expanded access to collaborations and speaking engagements. It also enhanced the brand perception of Ellaâs Administrative Consult as a trusted and reputable firm.
8. What was the most valuable lesson or experience from your TIBA Awards journey?
The most valuable lesson was recognising that consistency compounds. Recognition is never accidental; it stems from sustained excellence, integrity, and impact over time.
9. What impact are you most proud of creating right now?
I am most proud of helping business owners move from overwhelm to organised growth. Through strategic support and administrative consulting, I design systems that save time, boost productivity, and enhance decision-making. Beyond this, I mentor and empower aspiring administrative professionals to see themselves as strategic leaders, not just support staff, through the community I launched in 2024 â Admin Growth Hub.
10. What key lesson or advice would you share with aspiring leaders and future TIBA nominees?
Build competence before seeking recognition. Focus on creating value, not just visibility. Master your craft, serve with integrity, and let your results speak consistently. When excellence becomes your standard, recognition will naturally follow.

Being iconic means creating impact consistently and intentionally, so that your work becomes a benchmark for excellence.
