Good luck to Pete & Deb from Team Fulla who are taking part in the very quirky, very kiwi, Pork Pie Charity Run next year to help raise funds for Life Flight 🥧🚗✈️ You never know when you, or someone close to you might need an air ambulance, every donation will make a real difference 👍

These are our cool flyers that we hand out to local businesses, people who stop and ask about the car whether it be at the supermarket, some other store, parked up anywhere, it's exciting getting people ask us about our journey and who are interested in following along xx
We love sharing the story behind it, what we are doing and why we are passionate about supporting Life Flight.
A lot of work/time goes into organising events for fundraising by all the participants, not to mention the huge amount of work by the Pork Pie Charity Run officials/admins that arrange accommodation, meals and ferry crossings for 50 teams so 100 people, and then the Life Flight organisation who have set up all the fundraising
accounts for all the teams participating.
It's so amazing how people are willing to give up their time to organise, support and put in all this work to ultimately help complete strangers receive that crucial help and support.
The Life Flight team for each trip is provided by the Flight nurses, who are all very experienced nurses who have had to have worked in emergency departments for quite a lengthy period before they can become a flight nurse as the patients life is in their hands, the pilots and co-pilots, always one of each on every flight to ensure the smoothest, fastest and most importantly safest flight for these patients and all the admin team and everyone else involved in this awesome Non Profit organisation that any one of us or our family or friends may need in the blink of an eye.
We are so proud to be doing our bit and so grateful to all our followers sharing the word! For those who have donated so far we are so very grateful, thank you thank you thank you 🤗
