"Get your t**s out of the gravel "
This little gem of a quote comes from my Australia Business Coach. Jay Chapman.
Refering to the energy we bring with us to our work and personal life.
Followed by " Shave the s**t door" and quote from my business coach Lisa Conway, Australia/Bali refers to when you walk through the door you leave your personal life/ drama larma at the door and collect it when you leave. Only postive energy at work or equally at home if you like.
We believe we are communicating clearly. However a game of sharades often reveals we are not so great!
Team building exercises help people understand internal dynamics of communication.
Ultimately full belly laughing follows releasing endorphins, our feel good energy.
We have locally a animal communication, team building exercise.
Special trainned horses, the game to get your horse to walk forward to knee in front of you.
There is no speaking. No touching. No leading.
You stand as distance and get the horse to move forward.
Its all about your energy. Its much harder then you think.
Your energy is an unspoken communication.
Its your bubble surrounding you. Some call it Aurora. It can be felt from a distance normally a metre out from you. ( with trainning and focus ie Reiki) you can extend your energy anywhere in the world π
A few lucky individuals see Aurora as colours surrounding individuals. Some hear in sound vibrantion.
People are naturally attracted to a postive energy. Its like a magnet.
