We continued the Startup Reaktor x 28DIGITAL Venture Incubation Program with “Team Formation & Dynamics: People Before Product,” a workshop facilitated by Szilard Kacso, CEO of Azimut.

Co-founders often begin their journey focused on the most urgent needs of the business. Product development and deadlines take over, while the team itself is expected to work things out along the way. When roles and decision-making remain informal for too long, unspoken assumptions can become real sources of tension.

The workshop gave founders a framework for examining how their teams currently work. They looked at the difference between what had been genuinely agreed and what was still only assumed, as well as which decisions need to be made explicit or put in writing.

The Startup Reaktor x 28DIGITAL Venture Incubation Program is now underway. 🚀

The participating startups met for the official kick-off and onboarding session, where they were introduced to the organizations behind the program and walked through its agenda, timeline, objectives and working structure.

The session also gave the founders time to meet one another properly. Each team shared what it is building, who is behind it, what kind of support it currently needs and how it could help other startups in the cohort.

Facilitated by ROTSA - Romanian Tech Startups Association, this exchange introduced peer support as an active part of the program.

Throughout the 12-week incubation period, the teams will develop and validate their MVPs, strengthen their business models and work on their go-to-market strategies through workshops, practical tasks, mentoring and one-to-one sessions.
