As our children enter their teenage years, many parents may notice a shift in the relationship.

Sometimes the challenge can stem from patterns, reactions and assumptions that gradually develop within the relationship over time.

When we become more aware of our own responses, new possibilities for understanding, communication and connection can emerge.

Navigating The Teen Years is a safe and supportive workshop experience designed to help parents better understand themselves, their teenagers, and the relationship between them.

The program includes:
• 2 x 3 hr workshop
• 1 personal coaching conversation
• Practical reflection and real-life application

Growing up shouldn’t mean growing apart.

One of the hardest parts of parenting teens is realizing that what worked before no longer works now.

Conversations change.
Emotions intensify.
Silence becomes more common.

And many parents find themselves caught between wanting to stay close and not knowing how to respond.

Often, the challenge is not a lack of love or care.

It’s that both parent and teen are changing at the same time — and old patterns no longer serve the relationship in the same way.

At ELF, we have long worked with leaders, teams, and organizations navigating change, tension, and difficult conversations. Over time, we saw that some of the most important leadership moments happen not in meeting rooms — but at home, in relationships that matter deeply.

That’s why we created Navigating The Teen Years — a small-group coaching experience for parents who want to better understand what may be happening beneath behaviour, while also becoming more aware of their own triggers, reactions, and communication patterns.

This is not therapy.
Not counselling.
And not a parenting lecture.

It is a guided, reflective, and practical space where parents can pause, reflect honestly, and practise small but meaningful shifts that may improve connection at home over time.

The program includes:
• 2 x 3 hr workshop
• 1 personal coaching conversation
• Practical reflection and real-life application
• A confidential and supportive environment

Selamat Hari Raya Haji from all of us at ELF | CRR APAC!

This season reminds us of the importance of sacrifice, compassion, and being in relationship — with ourselves and with others.

Across the systems we are part of, it is these meaningful acts of connection that strengthen trust and create a sense of belonging.

Wishing you peace, reflection, and meaningful moments.

🎉 A warm congratulations to our ORSClings who recently completed CRR Global Intelligence Module (In‑Person, Singapore | 21–23 May 2026)!

We tuned into the subtle and not‑so‑subtle signals within every relationship system — learning to listen for what is present, and how to work with it, rather than against it.

Through experiential practices, live demonstrations, and shared reflections, the room itself became a living system — shaped by every voice, perspective, and moment of courage. As Jason shared during the course, “you don’t define the culture — the culture is what is.” And over these three days, we experienced our unfolding dynamics — with clear design alliance , culture emerge through conscious intentionality.

A heartfelt thank you to Keiko Muramatsu and Jason Woolley for guiding the journey with such presence, depth, and care.

And a special appreciation to our amazing assistants, Patrycja Bral and Magdalena Reynaerts — the Force is strong with this leaders–assistant team (especially with the unexpected colour coordination on Saturday 😉).

To all our ORSClings — thank you for showing up so fully. The learning came from each of you and what you brought into the space.

Here’s to continuing to listen, work with, and partner the intelligence of the systems you are part of — at work, in leadership, and beyond.

How do leaders stay reflective, ethical, and well-resourced while navigating the complexity of people, teams, and organizational systems?

Team / Systemic Coaching Supervision offers a dedicated space for leaders, coaches, and facilitators to pause, reflect, and make sense of their work through a systemic lens.

This experience supports deeper awareness of self, relationships, team dynamics, and recurring patterns — enabling leaders to respond with greater clarity, resilience, sound judgment, and grounded presence in complex environments.

Whether you are leading transformation, guiding teams through uncertainty, or holding responsibility for culture and performance, supervision creates the reflective capacity needed for sustainable leadership.

Leadership can be influenced by relationships, trust, and the patterns teams create together.

A relational systems approach helps leaders move beyond individual performance to understand the dynamics influencing communication, alignment, conflict, and accountability across the whole team.

In today’s complex environments, sustainable change happens through the system — not in isolation.

CRR Global's 16–17 April 2026 ORSC™ Fundamentals cohort (in‑person, Singapore) came together as a cozy huddle—a thoughtful group stepping into the foundations of Relationship Systems Intelligence™.

Our ORSClings practiced engaging the wider system, alongside the people and roles within it—learning to notice patterns as they emerge, and engage the emotional field present in teams and relationships.

Along the way, they worked hands‑on with 7 practical ORSC™ tools and began building 11 core skills, grounded in real practice and lived experience.

To this cohort—thank you for your generosity in learning together. You showed up willing to practice in real time, offer reflections to one another, and stay engaged even when the work felt unfamiliar.

We’re excited to see how this learning continues to ripple through your teams, partnerships, and communities.

A heartfelt thank you as well to Elfarina Zaid for leading the cohort with warmth and clarity, and for creating a container that supported meaningful learning and honest dialogue.
